Gray & Mike visit!

Such a great visit! Gray & Mike came to visit at the end of feb for the very first time! We had a great time...hope that they did too!

it all started on Thursday afternoon. We picked them up at the airport and took them straight away to Le Pain Quotidien in Beverly Hills for lunch. Then, onto Sprinkles for cupcakes and a walk along Rodeo to burn it all off. Then onto to Griffith Observatory so that they could have a great view of the HOLLYWOOD sign and the city. As the sun was setting, we drove over to Malibu to Paradise Cove to dinner. Back to the house to sit and have drink by the now functional fire pit.

Friday was full as we started the day with a drive down PCH to Santa Monica with a nice lunch at Wahoos tacos (yum), pass down 3rd street promenade where everyone was captivated by the CROCS store! Then onto the pier. We were going to a show that evening so Gray and I made a stop at Bloomy's in Century City to have our makeup done at the Bobbi Brown Counter...much $$ later, G & Mike picked us up and onto Hollywood and Highland to change clothes in the parking garage (classy!!) and we were off to the Roosevelt Hotel for dinner at 25 where we saw Danny Bonaduce (super classy!). From there, we were off to see Wicked at the Pantages, awesome show-highly recommend this as we were all pretty much blown away. An hour later, we were all crashed out at the house.

Saturday we were off to wine country starting things off with Chick-Fil-A (again what class)-but necessary. on to Firestone winery in Los Olivos. Since we had gotten a pretty late start, we decided to make our way back to Santa Barbara and made it to the pier just in time to see the sunset. Then off to take G&M to an excellent sushi place in SB. After we were all about to roll all the way home, we topped it off with Ben & Jerry's (see a running theme here??)

After all that, it was so sad to see them leave on Sunday...but at least we got to do so much fun stuff with them! now...what to do when they come again???? lots left!
